Shy Flw case study
Brand design | Graphic design | Posters
Purpose
Shy Flw is a small independent artist who lacked a consistent brand identity and needed a logo that she could use across all her social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, album and song covers), as well as on various merchandise and printed posters. The logo has a slightly grungy and pop feel, aligning with her music style and overall brand identity. The idea was to create something imperfect, with a printed texture reminiscent of old underground posters, combining it with modern pop culture elements.
Karma
The goal was to create a cover for Shy Flw’s new single. The task was to align with the song itself while keeping the design modern. For the 3D text, I manually designed 2D outlines of the future lettering using Adobe Illustartor and then used Adobe Dimension to create a 3D model for use across various media. I also adjusted the reflections to suit the specific chosen image.
Merch
I created various designs to be used on different types of merchandise, including T-shirts, tote bags, posters, and stickers. The visuals were developed using photos from our photoshoot, combined with graphic elements and a slightly tweaked typeface to maintain a consistent and recognisable look across all items. The goal was to make each piece feel unique while still clearly belonging to the same visual world, reflecting the artist’s personality and overall brand identity.
